Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptable use

You may deploy any code you have the right to run. You may not deploy:
  • Malware, cryptominers, or DDoS tooling.
  • Content prohibited by applicable law or by GitHub's terms.
  • Workloads that try to escape the container, scan the host, or interfere with other tenants.
We reserve the right to stop and remove any container that triggers our resource-violation alerts repeatedly.

Resource limits

Each container has hard caps on CPU, RAM, disk, PIDs, and egress bandwidth. Workloads exceeding RAM are OOM-killed. Crash loops trigger automatic stop and a notification. Limits per plan are listed on the Plans page.

Service availability

We make a best effort to keep the control plane and worker fleet up. We do not guarantee uptime on the free plan. SLA terms for paid plans are agreed in writing.

Your data

You retain all rights to code you deploy. We only store the metadata listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the bare-minimum infrastructure providers (Google/GitHub for OAuth sign-in, GitHub for clones, Cloudflare for the public endpoint).

Termination

You may delete your apps any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We can update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the bot before they take effect.
