Using Deplexo
These terms apply to your use of Deplexo’s hosting service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Keep your account details accurate, protect your credentials and ensure you have authority to act for any organisation you represent.
Acceptable use
These rules apply to every account, application, bot, and hosted file on free and paid plans. Only deploy code and content you have the right to run, host, and distribute. You may not host or distribute:
- Copyright-infringing material, including pirated movies, music, software, books, or other content you do not have permission or a legal right to host or distribute.
- NSFW content, including pornography and sexually explicit material, or applications and bots used to host or distribute it.
- Content or activity prohibited by applicable law or the terms of a connected Git provider.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, botnets, cryptominers, or DDoS and attack tooling.
- Attempts to compromise the service, access another customer’s data or interfere with other applications.
- Workloads that bypass resource limits or misuse platform resources.
You are responsible for your applications and their users’ content. These rules apply equally to free and paid plans.
The acceptable-use policy provides further detail and applies alongside these terms.
Account abuse
Do not use multiple accounts to obtain extra free resources, bypass limits, evade restrictions or conceal abuse. Confirmed alternate-account abuse results in bans across all associated accounts and permanent deletion of their applications and stored data. Contact support about access problems or restrictions.
Plans and payments
Features, resource limits and prices are shown on the Plans page and at checkout. Paid plans purchased through checkout cover 30 days and do not renew automatically. Contact support with billing or refund requests; any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Resource limits and availability
Applications that exceed their plan limits or repeatedly fail may be slowed, stopped or removed. We work to keep the service available, but maintenance and interruptions can occur. Free plans have no uptime guarantee. Any paid service-level commitment must be agreed in writing.
Your data
You retain ownership of your code and content and authorise us to process them as needed to provide hosting. You are responsible for lawful use of personal information in your applications and for keeping independent backups. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Suspension and termination
You can delete projects in the dashboard and request account closure through support. Violations may result in service restrictions, suspension, bans or permanent deletion of applications and stored data. Deleted data may not be recoverable. Contact support to report abuse or request a review of a restriction.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or your account contact details before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security requirement prevents this.
